Conditions for Refunds

  • Refunds are not applicable once the service has been fully delivered or the project has been completed.
  • No refunds will be provided for partially delivered services if milestones have been achieved and approved.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the payment or the occurrence of the issue.
  • Refunds will not be issued for delays or non-performance caused by client-side issues, such as lack of communication or delayed approvals.

Refund Process

  1. Submit a formal refund request via email, including the reason for the request and any supporting evidence.
  2. Our team will review the request and respond within 7 business days.
  3. If approved, 50% refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  1. Paid advertising budgets (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  2. Third-party software, tools, or subscription costs incurred on behalf of the client.
  3. Customized strategies and plans that have been implemented.
  4. We apply the new strategies to the new ad work

Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel ongoing services by providing a 30-day notice. Any work completed or in progress will be invoiced accordingly.
